The Cycle of Ra

Ra, the sun god, travels through the sky in a barque. He is born in the morning as Khepri (the scarab), reaches his zenith at noon as Ra, and fades in the evening as Atum (the elderly man). This cycle represents the constant renewal of life and the soul's journey through different phases of existence.
